Welcome!
My name is Erin and I am a 22-year-old marketing major. I live in Williamsport, PA and love to shop, eat, play with my puppies, and spend time with my fiancé in State College. I am trying to lead a healthy life fueled by good food and exercise. That is not to say I don't love a cannoli now and then. I'm striving for a healthy balance and blogging about the journey along the way.

January 29th, 2012 I love Pinterest. I feel like you can plan your whole life out on there through really pretty pictures. Today I was thinking about my dream kitchen and what it would look like. I thought I’d share it with you!
I love kitchens that are light, airy, and open. Ones that make you feel warm and welcomed and that you want to spend time in. I love this one.
I want an apron

January 29th, 2012 I can’t believe how fast the end of the week flew by! I’ve been go-go-go-ing to try and get stuff done and ready so that when I leave for Orlando next week I’ll be all caught up on schoolwork and all ready to go. I am SO ready for the 80 degree weather and sunshine! It has been a cold, rainy, windy mess here for the past week straight.
The blah weather has been

January 26th, 2012 Today was a GOOD day! After getting another full nights rest, having happy dreams, and making a big breakfast burrito to start the day I was feeling awesome. I headed to International Business, got a parking spot right by the door, and had a great class.
After business I had an hour and a half until my next class started so I decided to keep up my good mood by getting in a quality

January 24th, 2012 Its amazing what a good nights sleep will do for you. I woke up this morning refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on the day.
I was feeling something a little indulgent for breakfast so I made french toast with bananas and syrup. All I did was whip an egg and dip two pieces of whole wheat toast into the mixture before grilling it on the stove and topping it with cinnamon. It was

January 23rd, 2012 Did anyone else get a lot of snow this weekend? State College received about six inches, making it our first real snowfall of the season! Because of this and Josh being under the weather we laid low this weekend and, aside from making food runs to Wegmans, stayed indoors.
I know I’ve talked about them a lot on here but Wegmans $6 dinners are pretty amazing. Meal number one included eggplant roulettes, sesame kale

January 20th, 2012 Today was a busy day! Waking up at 7am for my 8am Geology lab was not easy but I did it and was so proud of myself.
Not only did I make it to class on time but I also managed to make a delicious healthy breakfast in under ten minutes before I had to run out the door. I microwaved some old fashioned oats and topped them with a banana and a 6oz

I love mail. Every day since I was little I would look forward to the mail man coming so I could see what exciting letters and magazines and packages I got that day. That hasn’t changed as I’ve gotten older, if anything I just get more excited, as it seems like the older I get the more exciting things I get in the mail. Like today I was really, really excited to see one

January 17th, 2012 I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! I can’t believe how fast it flew by, it was so much fun! Last Thursday I got a phone call from Josh asking me if I wanted to take a roadtrip with Lily to see Patricia in DC on Saturday. Patricia graduated from the same PhD program Josh and Lily are in last year and has a consulting job in DC. I got to hang out with
