I grew up living what I would consider the typical American lifestyle. I used to eat whatever I wanted to eat whenever I wanted to eat it. I loved a good home cooked meal but fast food was definitely my friend. And while I’ve Irish danced since I was five I never made it a point to make exercise a part of my daily routine. This affected how I felt about myself, my energy levels, and how the clothes I love to wear so much fit on my body.
I have followed healthy living blogs for a while now and am inspired by the women who took charge of their health by getting moving, fueling their bodies with good, clean foods, and getting fit. I recently made a vow to live the healthy life I know I can, to make my body strong, to feed it right. I recently stopped eating meat. I recently fell in love with making my body break a sweat. This blog is dedicated to my journey. Hopefully it can help motivate others as they set off on their own.

Ever since I was little I have loved to do three things:
Eat. yummy, exciting, pretty-looking foods

Travel. anywhere and everywhere, as often as possible

Play dress up. preferably in sundresses, full of bright colors and fun patterns
