Welcome!
My name is Erin and I am a 22-year-old marketing major. I live in Williamsport, PA and love to shop, eat, play with my puppies, and spend time with my fiancé in State College. I am trying to lead a healthy life fueled by good food and exercise. That is not to say I don't love a cannoli now and then. I'm striving for a healthy balance and blogging about the journey along the way.

Happy National Drink Your Veggies Day! I’ll be celebrating with a green smoothie in NYC. I’m here for a few days to hang out with friends before heading to Connecticut for last minute wedding preparations. I’ll be getting my ring cleaned and finalizing my wedding hair and makeup. There’s only three weeks until the big day!
Last week I shared a recipe for summer tomato orzo with a lemon kick. Thanks for all the

As you guys may remember, I’m a huge Naked Juice fan. I love their juices and always look forward to trying out new flavors.
Their newest flavor is actually a vegetable and fruit juice Power Garden blend called Tomato Kick. There’s no added sugar (9 grams in the bottle) and it’s made up of tomatoes, red bell pepper, celery, carrot, orange, and a hint of lemon. Through Glam I was given the opportunity

Happy Memorial Day! I hope your day is filled with sunshine, loved ones, and lots of good food. My day today is pretty packed with wedding errands and a potential festival trip to the town that claims to have invented Memorial Day. Here are some snapshots of my weekend so far.
Grilled veggies at a Saturday night cookout. Mmm brussels sprouts.
Contraband kettle corn at Star Trek Into Darkness. It was such a

Happy Wednesday! I hope your Tuesday was wonderful. I did not get nearly as much cleaning done as I wanted but I did order a new camera. I also got my car’s oil changed, and $180 later it has a new motor pad or something else that doesn’t really do anything or matter but costs a lot of money. I also rocked it out at Zumba and made a delicious salmon dinner afterwards. I finally

Farro with spinach, red pepper, onions, and goat cheese anyone?
Josh and I made this for dinner Friday night after a long work week. I was so excited to get to see him and enjoy some delicious food. Friday night we also went for our first couple run together in a long time. We ran/walked a 5k and it felt good to accomplish after running so little all winter. I was slowed down a

The last time I had a piece of chicken or turkey was in August of 2011. The last time I had a piece of red meat was accidentally at my bridal shower in Connecticut. I mistakenly thought a feta meatball was a feta falafel ball. It was not very pleasant and reminded me why I never ate much meat to begin with. The last time I had a piece of fish was when I was

TGIF! I can’t believe how fast this week has flown. Here’s hoping this weekend takes a little while so I have some time to relax/ get all my work done for the end of the semester. It’s been a little while since I’ve done a Veggie Reviewed. If this is the first one you’re checking out welcome to the party! The gist of it is that as a blogger I receive free products from companies.

I know I’ve mentioned it on here before, but I used to hate most fruits and some veggies. My dad used to buy bananas and make my sister and I take three or four bites each to ensure we were getting some potassium each day. We’d gag and hold our noses the entire time. I disliked fruit so much I’d scrape the strawberries off strawberry cheesecake. It wasn’t until I was 18 years old that

Hey guys! I hope your week has been going well. Adjusting back to a school schedule after spring break always sucks but with my handy to-do list I’ve been managing to catch up on work I’ve been procrastinating on. I got some Tweets the other day asking about the stuffed mushrooms I made over the weekend. I thought it would be fun to share the recipe. Sorry for the lack of beautiful photos, I wasn’t

Hey guys! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and a happy St. Patrick’s Day. Erin Go Braugh! (Can you tell I’m Irish?) Josh and I had an awesome weekend. Here are some of the highlights:
Josh’s grad school program has an annual First Year party where the first years throw a costume party for the whole program. They pick an overall theme that is kept a secret. Each cohort is told their specific
