Welcome!
My name is Erin and I am a 22-year-old marketing major. I live in Williamsport, PA and love to shop, eat, play with my puppies, and spend time with my fiancé in State College. I am trying to lead a healthy life fueled by good food and exercise. That is not to say I don't love a cannoli now and then. I'm striving for a healthy balance and blogging about the journey along the way.

Hey guys! Long time no post. Since I wrote last big things have happened. Unfortunately the biggest news story was the Boston Marathon bombing. Like everyone else, I am praying for Boston. The story of Patrick and Jessica, newlyweds that both lost legs in the explosion particularly saddened me. I feel inspired by all the goodness people have showed in the aftermath and am so grateful both bombers were brought to justice. In much

Hopefully you got to soak up some gorgeous sunshine yesterday! In between rain clouds the sun peeked out over here and it was incredible. I felt like a plant growing in the sun wanting to dance in all that happiness. I’m SO ready for spring!
Last week the weather was not so nice while we were in NYC but we still enjoyed it none the less. Central Park is gorgeous any time of

Hey guys! Thanks so much for all the outfit love yesterday. I’m so excited to write back to all your awesome comments. Today I bring you the first part in a two part recap of our trip to New York City. We did so much over the weekend I figured it would be easier to make a post about what we did and also one about what we ate. And you guys know me, of

Hey guys! I hope your week is going well. Mine has been awesome so far, I rocked it out at a Zumba class and have been getting to catch up on sleep. That is an incredible week by my standards. To continue getting a good nights sleep this post is going to be short and sweet. I had the best time in NYC as part of Kotex’s Generation Know campaign to raise body awareness and

Hey guys! Did any of you see notices the other day when you tried to visit my site that Chrome or Firefox stopped you and said that my site had malware? When Josh first told me about it I figured it had to be some kind of mistake. Obviously I’m not posting malware on this site alongside pictures of puppies and cupcakes. After looking into it through a free website scanner I realized someone had

Hey guys. Thanks so much for being honest and opening up in yesterday’s women’s health post. It really means a lot to me. Today I want to talk about something else I did when I was in NYC last week. I went to my first SoulCycle class!
Alec mentioned when we got together a while ago that she works for SoulCycle and loves it. I never really thought much of it, I knew a

Hey guys! Happy Monday! I hope you all enjoyed the Superbowl yesterday. I enjoyed the food, Beyonce’s half time show, the commercials, the power outage, and the randomly tense/awesome second half. You’re probably going to be hearing enough about the game today though, so I’m writing about something completely different. I mentioned last week that I was in NYC working with Glam Media (my blog’s ad network) and Kotex on a project. Today I

January 29th, 2013 I can’t be the only one who is obsessed with Cirque Du Soleil. Ever since my dad took me to Quebec and I learned how the acrobatic circus got its start I was a fan. With Josh I got to see Quidam, my first Cirque show. It was even better than I could have imagined.
And thanks to a lovely friend I got to see my second Cirque show. When I put out a

October 1st, 2012 Hey guys! I hope your weekend was wonderful. Thanks so much for all the safe travel wishes. Josh and I had the best time in New Haven enjoying our long weekend with his parents. We did something super exciting wedding planning wise. I’ll be sharing it in a post later this week. Before I do that I want to share the rest of our fun weekend.
We started off our trip with the traditional

June 19th, 2012 Hey all! I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend and that your work week is starting off well. Josh and I just got back from Connecticut last night and we had the absolute best time. I forgot to mention on my blog before I left but I was Tweeting up a storm about how I was so excited to travel to New Haven on Friday to go to a wedding of one of Josh’s
