Welcome!
My name is Erin and I am a 22-year-old marketing major. I live in Williamsport, PA and love to shop, eat, play with my puppies, and spend time with my fiancé in State College. I am trying to lead a healthy life fueled by good food and exercise. That is not to say I don't love a cannoli now and then. I'm striving for a healthy balance and blogging about the journey along the way.

Hey guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful start to your day. This weekend (and Monday at work) passed by in the blink of an eye. It involved a lot of wedding prep and getting ready for graduation. Here’s my weekend recap in pictures. All the photos were taken on my phone since my camera is dying a slow sad death. I have to do some research later to find out what new model is

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend.
And that it was full of silliness.
And good times with good friends.
Josh and I went to a graduation party to celebrate Andrea getting her Bachelors. I’m so excited for all the amazing things she has coming her way! She’s heading off to grad school down south this fall.
It was the perfect weather for a patio party.

In two months and three days (!!!) I will be walking down the aisle to marry the love of my life! I can’t believe how fast time is flying. I feel like I should have been writing more updates along the way on my blog but truth be told pretty much everything fell into place pretty early on in the planning process. I feel like we’ve been coasting with wedding stuff for a few

Farro with spinach, red pepper, onions, and goat cheese anyone?
Josh and I made this for dinner Friday night after a long work week. I was so excited to get to see him and enjoy some delicious food. Friday night we also went for our first couple run together in a long time. We ran/walked a 5k and it felt good to accomplish after running so little all winter. I was slowed down a

Hey guys! I hope you all had a Happy Easter! Sorry I didn’t get a post up at the end of last week. Time has been getting away from me lately with school and work and wedding stuff. I’ll have a recap of the sightseeing we did in NYC posted tomorrow. Today I have a recap of my Easter weekend. Josh’s parents came down from Connecticut and we had the most wonderful time. I love

I know I’ve mentioned it on here before, but I used to hate most fruits and some veggies. My dad used to buy bananas and make my sister and I take three or four bites each to ensure we were getting some potassium each day. We’d gag and hold our noses the entire time. I disliked fruit so much I’d scrape the strawberries off strawberry cheesecake. It wasn’t until I was 18 years old that

Hey guys! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and a happy St. Patrick’s Day. Erin Go Braugh! (Can you tell I’m Irish?) Josh and I had an awesome weekend. Here are some of the highlights:
Josh’s grad school program has an annual First Year party where the first years throw a costume party for the whole program. They pick an overall theme that is kept a secret. Each cohort is told their specific

Hey guys! I hope your week is going well. I’ve got a little middle of the day post that is abnormal for me. Spring Break is a wonderful thing. I ran to Trader Joe’s today for lunch and to grab food to make dinner for Josh and myself. I picked up some yummy things so I thought it would be fun to do another what’s in my bag post.
Irish Soda Bread! I

Hey guys! This weekend I made a trip to one of my favorite stores and I thought I would do a little what’s in my bag post.
My Trader Joe’s bag!
Lily introduced me to lentil Crunchy Curls. Omg are they delicious. This is going to be a really weird description but they taste like Cheetos without the cheese. haha I’m kind of addicted.
I tried these Powerberries last winter and
