Welcome!
My name is Erin and I am a 22-year-old marketing major. I live in Williamsport, PA and love to shop, eat, play with my puppies, and spend time with my fiancé in State College. I am trying to lead a healthy life fueled by good food and exercise. That is not to say I don't love a cannoli now and then. I'm striving for a healthy balance and blogging about the journey along the way.

As you guys may remember, I’m a huge Naked Juice fan. I love their juices and always look forward to trying out new flavors.
Their newest flavor is actually a vegetable and fruit juice Power Garden blend called Tomato Kick. There’s no added sugar (9 grams in the bottle) and it’s made up of tomatoes, red bell pepper, celery, carrot, orange, and a hint of lemon. Through Glam I was given the opportunity

This past weekend I got to accomplish a childhood fantasy.
I got to visit the Crayola Factory! Easton, PA is only a half an hour from where I grew up. Every time I would visit the area I’d want to visit Crayola headquarters. But because of one thing or another I never got to visit. With Josh and I moving to Omaha in just about a month (time is flying!) I really wanted to

This weekend was a very special one for me. One of my best friends got married! It was one of the most beautiful, well thought out weddings I have ever been to. I told Josh that if we are able to put as much of our personality into our wedding as Summer and Sean put into theirs I will be very happy. It was so good to be back in the Poconos and see old

I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day. Josh and I spent part of it in Boalsburg at the Memorial Day Festival. Boalsburg claims to have invented Memorial Day. I have no idea if that is true, but they sure know how to put on a party.
The weather was perfect. It was a great day to celebrate what makes America great and reflect on those who died to protect what we love so

Happy Memorial Day! I hope your day is filled with sunshine, loved ones, and lots of good food. My day today is pretty packed with wedding errands and a potential festival trip to the town that claims to have invented Memorial Day. Here are some snapshots of my weekend so far.
Grilled veggies at a Saturday night cookout. Mmm brussels sprouts.
Contraband kettle corn at Star Trek Into Darkness. It was such a

Hey guys! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Mine was amazing and jam packed. I definitely passed out on the couch last night and didn’t move until I had to go to work. Now that I’ve slept and worked, here’s a recap of my weekend:
I’m officially a college graduate! I have a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing.
Graduation was at the Community Arts Center in

Hey guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful start to your day. This weekend (and Monday at work) passed by in the blink of an eye. It involved a lot of wedding prep and getting ready for graduation. Here’s my weekend recap in pictures. All the photos were taken on my phone since my camera is dying a slow sad death. I have to do some research later to find out what new model is

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend.
And that it was full of silliness.
And good times with good friends.
Josh and I went to a graduation party to celebrate Andrea getting her Bachelors. I’m so excited for all the amazing things she has coming her way! She’s heading off to grad school down south this fall.
It was the perfect weather for a patio party.

Casseroles. If you like veggies and cheese they’re kind of the perfect combination. Maybe that’s why I’ve been on such a casserole kick lately. I’m so glad Josh is such a good cook so he can make all these random cravings I get. We enjoyed this casserole together last weekend and I thought it would be fun to share the recipe with you guys. Casseroles are so versatile so feel free to play

Farro with spinach, red pepper, onions, and goat cheese anyone?
Josh and I made this for dinner Friday night after a long work week. I was so excited to get to see him and enjoy some delicious food. Friday night we also went for our first couple run together in a long time. We ran/walked a 5k and it felt good to accomplish after running so little all winter. I was slowed down a
