Welcome!
My name is Erin and I am a 22-year-old marketing major. I live in Williamsport, PA and love to shop, eat, play with my puppies, and spend time with my fiancé in State College. I am trying to lead a healthy life fueled by good food and exercise. That is not to say I don't love a cannoli now and then. I'm striving for a healthy balance and blogging about the journey along the way.

Happy Wednesday! I hope your Tuesday was wonderful. I did not get nearly as much cleaning done as I wanted but I did order a new camera. I also got my car’s oil changed, and $180 later it has a new motor pad or something else that doesn’t really do anything or matter but costs a lot of money. I also rocked it out at Zumba and made a delicious salmon dinner afterwards. I finally

Hey guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful start to your day. This weekend (and Monday at work) passed by in the blink of an eye. It involved a lot of wedding prep and getting ready for graduation. Here’s my weekend recap in pictures. All the photos were taken on my phone since my camera is dying a slow sad death. I have to do some research later to find out what new model is

Today the weather was so nice I decided after a long day of schoolwork attempting to work on school stuff and instead watching Married to Medicine and Don’t Be Tardy, to lace up my running shoes and head out the door.
I ran/walked a 5k around the River Walk in town and had fun snapping pictures on my phone as I did so. I managed to get my run in just as the

The last time I had a piece of chicken or turkey was in August of 2011. The last time I had a piece of red meat was accidentally at my bridal shower in Connecticut. I mistakenly thought a feta meatball was a feta falafel ball. It was not very pleasant and reminded me why I never ate much meat to begin with. The last time I had a piece of fish was when I was

I’ll have a recap of the sightseeing we did in NYC posted tomorrow. Today I have a recap of my Easter weekend. Josh’s parents came down from Connecticut and we had the most wonderful time. I love

I had my long awaited methacholine test this past Friday. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but from what I read online it said it was a physically demanding test and that it took about an hour. I got to the hospital at 2:30 and met an awesome lung technician named Norm who immediately put me at ease. He was so nice and walked me through the whole process. Basically they get your

November 26th, 2012 Hey all! I hope your long Holiday weekend was a great one! Sadly all good things must come to an end and it is now Monday but I hope this Monday is an awesome one for you. I had a wonderful time this weekend doing all sorts of things. Here’s my weekend in pictures and words.

October 26th, 2012 Wow guys. I have been blown away reading all your inspiration stories of how and why you got started running on my Road Runner Sports outfit giveaway! I try not to comment on giveaway posts because it makes it harder for me to keep the numbers straight when it comes time to pick a winner but I think I’m going to break my own rule because some of your stories meant so much to me.

I got my workout on! My legs were seriously sore from my meeting with my trainer at the end of last week so I knew I needed to stretch this weekend. I left my Pilates DVD at home so I ended up working out to this awesome total body Pilates routine twice this weekend thanks to the power of Google and Youtube. It made me feel so energized about Pilates and just

October 7th, 2012 As a vegetarian, I try to make sure I’m making good, healthy choices for my body. In almost all areas of nutrition, fruits and veggies make up for what I lose by giving up meat. In particular, I feel confident I’m get buy cheap generic propecia
